I was so excited to photograph Jamie for her high school senior pictures! I have been watching her grow over the last eight years, seeing that her older brother is also my husbands best friend! If Jamie looks familiar, it’s because she was one of the beautiful bridesmaids at John and Lauren’s Amazing November 2008 wedding.

Jamie’s best friend Rebecca, joined in for some fun pictures as well!

Jamie just lit up in front of my camera, I couldn’t stop taking pictures!!!

Jamie, I hope the rest of your high school senior year is AMAZING!!!

Samantha had a lot of really great ideas for her senior photos and we were lucky enough to get to do all of them!

First up Downtown Detroit!

Samantha’s father owns a Model T car and she said it was a must take photo opt!

Her Boston Terrier Nola even joined in for a few pictures!

Her session ended with a big SPLASH! I had a blast photographing Samantha and I wish her nothing but the best in the future!!!!!

SADA Fashion Show – Lansing, MI

Yesterday I had the honor of shooting my best friend Jessica’s sister Jackie’s fashion show for her.
It was presented by the Student Apparel Design Association and the theme was Movies, Jackie showcased her designs inspired by the movie
The Great Gatsby.

She did such a wonderful job, she is very talented and I know she will go far in the fashion world!!

Can you say “ADORABLE!”

Yes, she made her shirt too. Super Cute I KNOW!
Here are her show pieces. The workmanship is amazing on all of them, you can tell a lot of design and hard work went into them.

Wonderful job, Jackie! I am so proud of you!!!

This beautiful girl is K a 2009 senior!
You might remember her from last year when we did a modeling day with five soon to be seniors….fun!
We are doing two shoots with K, one with long hair and another with short!
Right after this session she chopped off her hair to her shoulders and gave it to locks of love!
How cool! Great girl with the personality and laugh to match.

Congrats K! More of her to come with the next session!!!

Here are a few images from a Modeling session I held downtown Detroit. If anyone needs new pictures for their portfolios please call us, we would love to hear from you!
Also we are always looking for fresh faces, so if you are a senior and want to earn free senior pictures or someone who loves to have their picture taken, contact us!

I had the wonderful Bethany come and do all of their make-up. (Yes she is for hire – seniors, models, weddings, ect.) I wanted to focus on their EYES and she nailed it!

2009 Senior “A” had her senior pictures taken after the family session was over. Her sister “D” joined in for some. I tell you their dad better watch out, these sisters are BEA-U-TI-FUL! These are only a few we will be doing an in studio session in August too! So watch out for those!
